Space to do what you've always wanted — without blowing up the life you've built.
365reset is a guided mentorship for busy people — the ones who have it together, the ones just getting by, and everyone in between. You'll never have to explain which one you are today. We lean on each other.
Full access, less than $21/month. Cancel anytime.
Twenty minutes changes the equation.
Give yourself 20 minutes a day and the cardio, the stretching, the energy restoration — the things everyone keeps telling you to do — get done. Quietly. Without the pressure.
Give yourself 30 minutes and it compounds. The spaces around you start supporting you better.
Everyone has advice about what you should be doing.
The cardio. The stretching. The sleep. The stress management. The list is long, the days are full, and somewhere along the way doing all of it makes you ask why.
365reset works with the life you already have — short daily practices, live weekly sessions, and a mentor walking alongside you, across the six areas that make a full life work: financial, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and career.
Some of us run companies. Some of us are homebodies who love their own four walls. Show up fabulous, show up a hot mess — most of us are a little of both, depending on the day. Share as much or as little as feels comfortable — our community of amazing people accepts you as you are. In fact, we appreciate you.
How much of yourself you show is always your call.
Some cameras go off for the session itself. Other stay on. Most are live for a short chat prior, and come back on after, just to wave, kibitz for a minute with other amazing people — always optional, never required. My Hub's My Events is one part of 365reset; plenty of members build their whole reset around the Learning Lab and Compass instead, on their own time.
Curated. Reliable. Never one-size-fits-all.
We curate the training and expertise, and build reliable programs that actually work — then help you figure out what's useful for you right now, and show you how to shift it as you move forward.
Not as coaches. Not as therapists. As life-experienced mentors who are done hoarding the truths about what actually works.
Learning Lab
27+ short, practical courses. You opt into what's useful right now — financial, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, or career — never a curriculum you're behind on.
The Hub
10+ live weekly sessions, cameras optional, replays always up. We lean on each other here — show up when you can, catch up when you can't.
The Compass
Simple daily check-ins that help you self-monitor and adjust — so you can see your own patterns, and shift them on your own terms.
Six areas. Because they're never really separate.
Your career affects your emotional health. Financial stress affects your sleep. A reset that only touches one part of your life doesn't hold up against the rest of it.
Career
What work means to you, and what you want to give back.
Emotional
The capacity to feel — and respond — without being swept away.
Financial
From money anxiety to clarity, one grounded step at a time.
Mental
Easing the fog. Trusting your thinking again.
Physical
Sustainable energy — built, not forced.
Spiritual
Non-religious. Deeply personal. What gives your life meaning.
A real one — not a mockup
This is exactly how it reads when it lands. No dramatics, just Jenn.
Are your expectations actually yours?
Hey,
Here's a question worth sitting with today: where did our expectations come from?
Not our goals — our expectations. The quiet, background rules we operate by. The ones that say how hard we should work, what good enough looks like, what we're allowed to want, and what we should feel guilty about wanting.
Most of us inherited them. From our families. From the culture we grew up in. From a boss we had fifteen years ago. From a version of ourselves that no longer exists.
They didn't come with a label. They just arrived, quietly, and started running the show.
Today — just one question. Pick one expectation you hold of yourself and ask: did I choose this, or did it just... show up?
That's it. Just notice.
Love, Jenn
Jenn Humphries · Cape Breton Island, Canada
This didn't come from a whiteboard. It came from necessity.
A decade ago, a brain injury left me able to be awake for only a few hours a day. There were no shortcuts. I had to build a system that worked within my real limits — one that could hold me when I had almost nothing left.
But here's the truth: I should have been living this way long before the injury. I was running on adrenal fatigue for years beforehand — and I've come to believe that's part of why an acute injury turned into a chronic one. How we live day to day isn't separate from how well we're able to recover, adjust, and pivot when life throws something at us. This isn't a system for people who've had a catastrophic injury. It's a system for anyone who wants to build the capacity before they need it.
That system became 365reset. It worked well enough that I sold my mortgaged Ontario townhouse and moved to Cape Breton Island. I now live mortgage-free and walk into the ocean from my backyard.
I'm in this reset with you every single day — not as a distant expert, but as someone who knows exactly what it's like to invest in yourself and actually get somewhere.
You're never leaning on just one person.

Questions worth asking before you join.
"I've tried programs before. They never stick."
Most programs hand you content and leave you to figure out the rest. This one nudges you, tracks your own progress, and gently redirects when life pulls you off course — sticking is built in, not assumed.
"I don't have time for one more thing."
This is built for people already at capacity. The daily check-in takes under a minute. Live sessions are optional and always on replay. It folds into your day — it doesn't get added on top of it.
"I'm not sure I even know what I need help with."
You don't have to know yet. The Learning Lab starts with getting to know where you actually are right now — not where you were, not where you think you should be.
"Money is tight. I can't afford something that might not work."
